AccountancyManager is a multi award-winning ‘Onboarding and Practice Management Software’ built by accountants, for accountants.

Why AccountancyManager (AM)?

AM has focused on building a solution right from the onboarding process, which includes automatically populated LoEs, e-signing, document storage, AML ID and Credit checks and client portal, right through to task management and client communication via email and text.

Our development team is a busy bunch. They turn user feedback into features at an impressive speed – we’ve launched seven new releases in the last two months alone. All of our features are aimed at reducing your admin time to zero… because who has time for admin?

Here’s a quick round-up of the brand new features that have made us ‘appy in the last two months.

  • Bring your credit checks in-house

We’ve added in-system individual and company credit checks, making AM your one-stop-shop for onboarding new clients. 

  • Use multiple integrations

You can now use multiple integrations at once. For example, you can enable Xero and FreeAgent at the same time. It’s a great way to create a seamless practice management experience.

  • Automate your VAT payment reminders

Our automation has been enhanced even further, so not only can AM send payment reminders for CT and SA tax, but it can now also send automatic VAT payment reminders. AM will chase your clients for you, so you needn’t lift a finger.

  • Set target dates

As well as external deadlines, you can now set internal deadlines for tasks. Take more control over your time and give yourself some breathing space.

  • Add additional contacts to Client File

We’ve added a new tab in the Client File where you can add, update and remove additional contacts. 

  • Organise client documents into folders

If you’ve arranged client documents into folders, this structure will be mirrored in the GDPR-compliant client portal. Your clients can also create additional folders to upload documents into.

  • Improvements and functionality for Republic of Ireland

We’ve been making system improvements for our Irish users, to ensure a slick practice management experience for all.

So what’s next?

We’re white labelling our client portal so that you can provide a fully branded portal to your clients. You can already add your logo and company colours but now extra customisation can be made, giving your clients a seamless user experience. We’re also revising our risk assessment form – interrogated by a former HMRC AML investigator, to help guide you when undertaking risk assessments.
